The client had a unique startup project idea but lacked expertise in the field. The primary objective behind iBusX was to provide a platform for creative individuals worldwide to showcase their work and connect with like-minded individuals during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The iBusX platform aimed to provide a space for artists and creators to express themselves freely. One of the platform's most innovative features was its ability to allow users to monetize their video content, receive donations from supporters, and even purchase and store iBx cryptocurrency in their personal digital wallets.
What obstacles did we encounter?
During the development and implementation of the iBusX platform we faced various obstacles that required specific actions to be taken. One significant challenge was the presence of spammers on the platform, which affected the quality of content and user experience. The team had to take necessary actions to combat spamming activities and ensure that the platform's integrity was maintained.
Another challenge faced by the team was the excessive abuse of the referral program by some users. The team had to devise a solution to prevent such fraudulent activities and ensure that the referral program was used fairly by all users.
What should the ideal solution look like?
The ideal solution would involve the seamless integration of the iBx cryptocurrency onto the iBusX platform, as well as optimizing the video uploading process from mobile devices. The videos would also be sorted into categories for easy searching and browsing. The platform should have a user-friendly donation system for supporting talented artists and creators. Finally, the mobile app should allow users to buy, sell, and exchange iBx coins for their convenience.

What technologies have we chosen and why?
We decided to use several technologies when developing the iBusX mobile application, including Web3 and Solidity for the cryptocurrency aspect of the platform. Web3 is a collection of libraries that allow developers to interact with Ethereum blockchain networks, which is essential for handling cryptocurrency transactions. Solidity is a programming language used to write smart contracts for Ethereum-based applications, which makes it an ideal choice for implementing cryptocurrency features.
For the mobile application, we chose to use the Flutter framework due to its ability to build high-performance and visually appealing apps quickly.
AWS was selected as the hosting provider for the server to ensure reliability and scalability for the application.
As for the backend, we opted for both PHP and Node.js to handle different aspects of the application's functionality. PHP is a popular server-side scripting language that has a large community and is well-suited for handling complex backends. Node.js is an excellent choice for handling the app's real-time features, as it has a fast runtime and is great for building scalable, event-driven applications.
Finally, for the frontend, we chose Angular.js, a popular JavaScript framework that allows developers to build dynamic web applications with a clean and organized code structure. The choice of Angular.js helps in creating an aesthetically pleasing user interface and delivering a seamless user experience.

How did we implement the project?
A dedicated team from the client's side collaborated with us using the SCRAM methodology. In the extensive discovery phase, we obtained a comprehensive understanding of the task and its requirements, created technical documentation, and identified potential areas for lacking expertise. We immediately began addressing these gaps. This discovery phase helped us identify potential risks and prevent most issues before the development phase commenced. We also ensured that the client was well-informed about all aspects, risks, and stages of the project.
With the SCRUM methodology, we advanced with each sprint to keep on schedule. As we initiated the development of the IBX cryptocurrency, we concurrently started working on the social media platform. The system initially could not modify videos, but after completing the basic functionality of the social network, integrating it with the Web3 API, and enabling cryptocurrency transactions, we focused on optimizing the platform. We developed a video converter, a video categorization system, and a donation system for each video. Finally, we implemented a system for buying and exchanging coins on the client's website.
